Each product made at Bucolic Charm goes through a strict quality check before it reaches to the customer. We suggest that the customers go through the Product Care and Size Guide thoroughly before making the purchase.

Exchange

Any purchase made by the customer can be exchanged for a different size of the same style, subject to the availability of the item in the inventory. In case the size is not available, the customer will be informed and provided a store credit. In such cases, the cost of exchange is borne by the customer.

Any exchange for a different style/product is not accepted.

In rare chances, if the customer has received a defective or damaged product, notify us at thebucoliccharm@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8890810928 within 3 days of receiving the order. We will not take exchanges any later than 3 days after delivering the product. In such cases, the cost of exchange is borne by the brand.

Exchange on sale/ discounted items is not accepted.

Please ensure that the exchanged merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a saleable condition.

The items must be sent along with their original packaging with all the tags, labels and original invoice. The Bucolic Charm team holds the right to not accept exchanges in case the product and tags are used or damaged by the customer.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the product received by the customer is defective or damaged. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
